Megan Roe has been in the medical field for 20 years and has worked alongside Dr. Charles Newman since 2007.  Trained and certified by our Cartessa Laser Specialist, she is highly skilled in performing all functions of the Motus AZ+ laser system and Virtue RF. Megan is also certified and trained on the FoLix laser system, by Lumines, for Hair Restoration.

Megan assists Dr. Charles Newman with Botox, Cosmetic Fillers, and various other services at TSCA. Her passion for her work is evident, as she is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best!

Jossette Estes has been part of The Surgery Clinic and TSC Aesthetics team in Gadsden, AL, since 2018, serving as a trusted Medical Assistant and Patient Care Specialist. With years of experience and a passion for personalized care, Jossette is known for forming long-lasting relationships with her patients—often walking with them through different seasons of their lives and helping them feel confident in their skin.

She is a certified laser practitioner trained by Cartessa’s laser specialist on the Motus AZ+ laser system, which offers pain-free hair removal and advanced skin revitalization. Jossette also specializes in Virtue RF Microneedling, a cutting-edge treatment for improving skin tone, texture, and firmness. Her commitment to continuing education has led to additional certifications in the SkinBetter Science AlphaRet Professional Peel and the Lumenis Folix Laser for hair growth.

Brooke has been an Esthetician for 10 years in Gadsden, Al, renowned for her expertise in customized facials. Specializing in SkinBetter products, Brooke delivers treatments that leave your skin glowing and refreshed. In addition to facials, she offers brow waxing and tinting, lash lifts and tents, and microdermabrasion. With a calming touch and attention to detail, she crafts relaxing, results-driven experiences tailored to each client’s unique skin goals.
